My name is Susanna Hart, but friends (and clients!) call me Suzy. I’m a proud Raleigh–Wake Forest native and have spent my entire life watching this area grow, evolve, and thrive. Living here has given me a deep appreciation for the community, and I’m thrilled to now help others find their place in it as a licensed real estate broker.
At 23 years old, I try to bring a fresh, energetic approach to real estate, backed by a strong foundation in communication, psychology, and people-first service. After graduating from Wakefield High School in 2020, I went on to earn my bachelor’s degree at East Carolina University in just four years. During college, I was a proud member of the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority, where I held leadership positions that helped me grow both personally and professionally.
Outside of academics, I embraced every opportunity to stay involved and gain real-world experience—from working as a lifeguard on campus, to cocktail waitressing and promoting at Club StillLife, to proudly serving as a fraternity sweetheart. I also had the opportunity to study abroad and spent time traveling around the world, which deepened my appreciation for culture, people, and new experiences.
Shortly after graduation in May 2024, I was honored to appear on a television series, YouTube video, and photoshoots with MrBeast—a truly one-of-a-kind experience that taught me a great deal about branding, communication, and the power of connection in today’s fast-moving world.
After taking a short pause to reset, I began bartending at Carolina Ale House where I have always worked during summer between school semesters, during this time I had the unexpected pleasure of meeting Queen Ruby, who would later open the door for me to join this incredible team and pursue my real estate license.
Now officially a licensed North Carolina real estate broker, I’m beyond excited to begin this new chapter—one where I get to combine my natural energy, outgoing personality, and love for helping others into a meaningful, purpose-driven career. People often describe me as outgoing, adventurous, kind, and fun-loving—qualities I truly embrace and believe are key to building strong, lasting relationships.
